Locations in Jenkintown, Moment Counseling Center is a therapy practice offering individualized, integrative therapy for teens and adults. We focus on authentic communication, emotional safety, and a trauma-informed approach to support each client’s unique journey. We help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, OCD, grief, and major life transitions through individual counseling and group therapy. Our services are LGBTQIA+ affirming, providing a space where all identities are respected and supported.
